Product editions
Cloud stores journal data on Demetra's servers. Private / Local Vault is free during the current request-based early-access stage and keeps journal content on the user's device while sending only account/licensing metadata for access checks. The local database is encrypted with SQLCipher; current Private limitations (no cloud backup or cross-device sync) are disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Working hours. The service itself is online around the clock. Requests are handled on business days; we
normally reply within 3 business days.
Requests & complaints
So a request reaches the right process, say which of these it is — the deadlines differ:
- Consumer claim (payment, refund, quality of the service): email is preferred so the claim and the
reply are in writing. You receive a reasoned written reply within 10 calendar days, as the
consumer-protection law of the Republic of Kazakhstan requires. If we disagree, the reply says why.
- Personal-data request (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, questions about
processing): use the controls in Settings → Data & privacy — export and deletion work immediately,
no request needed — or write to us; such requests are answered within the deadlines of the personal-data law.
You may also complain to the supervisory authority named in the Privacy Policy.
- Security report (a vulnerability or suspected breach): write by email with "security" in the
subject; please do not publish details before we reply.
